Does HLTAID011 include CPR?

Yes. HLTAID011 includes HLTAID009 (CPR) as part of the course. You receive both qualifications upon successful completion.

How many first aiders does my workplace need?

This depends on your workplace risk level, number of workers, and location. The QLD WHS Code of Practice for First Aid provides guidance. As a general rule, low-risk workplaces need 1 first aider per 25 workers, while high-risk workplaces need 1 per 10.

Can you come to our workplace?

Yes. We deliver onsite first aid training across the Gold Coast and Brisbane for groups of 5 or more. Onsite training means your team learns together using scenarios relevant to your specific workplace hazards.

What if I fail the assessment?

We support all learners through the process. If additional practice is needed, we work with you during the session. Our pass rates are high because our scenario-based approach builds genuine understanding, not rote memorisation.
