Why We Started SKLD Training
SKLD Training was founded because too many workplaces were ticking a compliance box without actually building emergency confidence. Staff would sit through a day of slides, get their certificate, and forget everything within weeks.
We believed there was a better way. By bringing high-energy, scenario-based training directly to workplaces - using situations drawn from real Gold Coast industries - we could create training that sticks. Training where your team practises together, in their own environment, with scenarios matched to their actual workplace hazards.
